The waters in between the paddy field is to supply water for the crops.
There’s a temple named The 9th Emperor located in the middle of the paddy field. It’s a special scenery with a temple in a wide paddy field. You can climb up on any of the two pagoda to view paddy field from far. I’m indulge with the wind breeze on top. It’s so refreshing!
You can buy fresh catch at the fishing village. The fisher boats will come back in the afternoon, from about 2p.m. onwards. Fish mongers or people from Kuala Lumpur would here to buy fish, prawns, squid…that’s just arrived.

Beginning of June & December in every year (some said mid of November can get better photos of the paddy field)

Getting There
A 2.5 hours drive from Kuala Lumpur. To get there, use North-South expressway and exit at the Sungai Buloh interchange and head straight to Kuala Selangor and then onto Sekinchan.
